1. General Policy:
We strive to provide fresh and high-quality grocery items to our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with a return or refund, subject to the conditions below. Please check all items properly at the time of purchase.
2. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds:
Non-perishable items (e.g., canned goods, dry goods, packaged snacks) may be returned if they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
Frozen items must remain sealed and stored properly to be eligible for a return.
Returns or refunds must be requested within 7 days of purchase or delivery.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns and refunds.
3. Non-Returnable Items:
Opened or partially consumed food products.
Perishable items (e.g., fresh fruits, vegetables, meat, seafood) are non-returnable. Please check all items properly at the time of purchase.
Items without original packaging or proof of purchase.
Products that were improperly stored after purchase (e.g., perishable items left unrefrigerated).
Items marked as "On Sale/Clearance" or "No Returns."
4. Process for Returns & Refunds:
In-Store Purchases: Bring the item along with your receipt to the store for evaluation.
Online Orders: Contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery. Provide details and images if necessary. Our team will assess your request and process the refund or replacement accordingly.
Refunds will be issued in cash or as vouchers, depending on the customer’s preference and policy guidelines.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund after verification.
6. Special Conditions:
Items purchased with promotional discounts or coupons may be subject to different return policies.
Bulk purchases or wholesale orders may have separate return terms.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds or returns if the request does not meet our policy requirements.
